Permanently Storing Grades

This is done at a school level, PowerSchool administrators only.  After the teachers have finalized their grades. This should ideally be done before 30 days after the term has ended. Storing grades only saves those traditional grades - not the standards.  This process will also save ALL enrollments from those students (including those who are currently transferred out) if there is a grade to be stored on the date of storing.
