This is done after the term has ended, and grades have been stored/finalized.  If you wanted only a certain selection of students, make sure you have those students as your selection first.

  1. Click on Special Functions on the left hand side.

  2. Click on “Search by GPA”.

  3. Under the ‘scan these’ option, choose either your selection of x students or the entire study body at the building.

    For the above example, we’re only looking at 11 students out of the entire building.

  4. Since we don’t do a cumulative GPA, you’ll use the section entitled “whose term GPA ___ is”

    1. Enter in the term that you are specifically looking for.  This should match the storecodes of either Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4

    2. For that term entered, what criteria are you looking for?  In this example, we are looking for all students GPAs which is less than 2.0 for Q1.

    3. In which method to find these students matching the criteria, choose the “weighted [term]” method.  Since we’re looking for Q1 GPAs that are less than 2.0 we chose “Weighted Q1” as our method.

This will now give you those students who match the criteria that you searched for.
