Signing in to the Mobile App

  1. Launch the CrisisGo App and click on the Sign in With SSO button.

  2. Enter in your Minooka 201 email address. (i.e. auser@min201.org)

  3. You will be redirected to a Google Sign in Screen. Choose the account or add the Minooka account with with your email password.

  4. Press Open when prompted and it will sign you into CrisisGo.

Turning on Emergency Resources

  1. From the home page, Select More

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Emergency Resources

  4. Turn on all the resources that are listed

Critical Alerts (iPhone Only) :

  1. After signing into Crisis Go, open the Settings app.

  2. Click on the Notfications submenu

  3. Select Crisis Go and ensure Critical Alerts are ON.

Disabling Notifications on Apple Watch

If you have a smart watch connected to your phone, CrisisGo will by default send alerts to your watch instead of your phone - it will not send the alert to both devices. To ensure that your receive the audible alert on your phone, follow these steps:

1. Open the Watch app on iPhone
2. Select Notifications
3. Scroll down and disable CrisisGo

Turning on ‘Do not Disturb’

Only use this mode if you are on vacation, taking a personal/sick day, or are out of the building for another reason. When in the building - this mode should not be turned on.

  1. From the home page, in the bottom right corner, select "More"

  2. Click "settings"

  3. Slide the "Do Not Disturb" button to on (it will change to green)
