  2. Click on System Reports

Generate Single Student:

  1. Find the student in PowerSchool.

  2. Click MBA Report Cards from the student screens.

  3. Choose the appropriate Report Card from the dropdown.

  4. Click Generate Report Cards.

  5. Wait for the screen to load and remove the ‘blue’ overlay from the screen.  

  6. You can now print the report card using CTRL + P

Archiving for a group of students:

Only archiving for Q4 and T3.  More information as we get there.

Generate for a Group of Students Report Cards:

  1. Select the students that you want to create generate the report cards for.

  2. MBA Plugins > MBA Report Creator > Run Reports

  3. Choose the appropriate report card term.

  4. Make sure you have your current selection selected

  5. Click Generate Report Cards button.

  6. Wait for the entire file to build and remove the ‘blue’ overlay.

  7. You can now print the report card using CTRL + P
