Maintenance is completely tearing out HVAC equipment throughout the building. No one will be able to get into the building after 5/26, as there will be no AC.
We’ve been give the OK by JH admin to start working on this during the last week of school. Minimal instruction will be going on.
Things to do:
- Figure out a process for labeling/removing/relocating technology equipment from rooms.
- 8th grade chromebooks need to be moved to another building.
- Melendez will need to be moved to another building.
- Tear down cameras in hallways, tie the cables up in the ceiling
Tearing down rooms:
- Phones need to be labeled and removed from rooms
- APs need to be labeled and removed from rooms
- Projectors/ w mounts need to be labeled and removed from rooms
- Speakers need to be disconnected
- Extra devices (chromebooks, chargers, document cameras) need to be labeled and removed from rooms.
