Using the Webpage to Make a Call

  1. Go to the following website: https://min201.rival5.net

  2. Click on the Sign in with Google option

  1. Select your Minooka 201 Google account

  2. Click I UNDERSTAND on the warning message that pops up saying not to use this portal to dial 911

  3. Enter the phone number to dial in the text box at the top of the screen

  4. Click on the green phone icon to place the call

  5. Click on the red phone icon to end the call

Mobile App Setup

Step One: Obtain QR Code from Website

  1. Go to the following website: https://min201.rival5.net

  2. Click on the Sign in with Google option

  1. Select your Minooka 201 Google account

  2. Click I UNDERSTAND on the warning message that pops up saying not to use this portal to dial 911

  3. Click on your extension found at the top-right corner

  4. Click on QR code (A QR Code will pop up)

Step Two: Install the app on your mobile phone

  1. Open your phone’s app store and search for and download the Vodia Phone app (Allow everything the app asks to use)

  2. At the sign in screen, select Scan QR

  3. Scan the QR code on your computer screen

 

Mobile App –Setup Options

  1. Tap on the Settings icon

  2. For example, if you do not wish to receive calls on the app, toggle off the Call cell phone option

 

 

Making a Call Using the Mobile App

  1. Tap on the Dial icon

  2. Enter the number to dial and tap the green phone icon to place the call
