How Rostering & Logging in Works

Raz-Kids (New 2020-2021)

Grades K-2

District Controlled Via Clever

Rostered from Clever app is called Learning A-Z kids will click on that to access Razkids

Teachers go to Clever and then click on Learning A-Z to access and assign things to students here.

Language Arts Class is the class rostered for K-2

XtraMath

Grades 2-4

Teacher Controlled via Clever and XtraMath

Rostered by Clever.

Teacher logs in to Clever and Clicks on XtraMath. This will prompt to sync your class from Clever.

Click on Class Settings to change the name of your class, if you choose.

Students will go to links page click on the Clever icon and then select XtraMath

SeeSaw

Grades K-2

District Controlled Via Clever

Students are rostered from powerschool to Clever then to Seesaw. This sync happens nightly at 2am

If the student is using a Minooka owned iPad they will not need any codes or anything. The tech team has pre-logged in all K-1 students into their iPads. All a student has to do is open the Seesaw app and they are already signed in. If they are using a non 201 device we are making instructions for the parents on how to access with either an iPad iphone or computer.

Parent Accounts are not synced from powerschool it will be the teacher responsibility to add the parents to the student seesaw accounts. Parents can download the Seesaw Parent and Family app.

Using a Minooka 201 Chromebook - students will use the student links page, click on Clever, and then select the SeeSaw app from the options to sign in.

This is rostered through District level Clever and Teachers and Students are sign in through Clever

ThinkCentral /GoMath

Grades K-5

District Controlled Via Powerschool Sync

ThinkCentral is Rostered directly through Powerschool and not Clever. Teachers and Students login through the https://links.min201.org and clicking on the GoMath link or there is a link in Clever to make it easier to tell the students to go straight there and click on the Go Math icon.

Newsela

Grades 3-8

Teachers and students are rostered through Powerschool to Clever then to Newsela. Teachers and students login through Clever. This has all your classes rostered.

Envision Math

Google classroom is not rostered through district this is purely on the teacher to create and maintain rosters. There is a link on the links.min201.org

Prodigy

Prodigy is not rostered by the district. It is a teacher app that can be added by the teacher inside Clever and is able to pull your class rosters that are in Clever. Below is link on how to link your classes in Clever for Prodigy. Students and teachers can access Prodigy either by Clever portal or the icon on the links page.
