The technology team will tell you that a child needs to be assessed a “1:1 repair fee” and the amount. It’ll be your job to add the repair fee to the student.
Note: Even if a student is free/reduced status, this repair fee is still assessed and charged.
Find the student and click on MBA Student Fees.
Click on the “+” for the 1:1 Repair fee. Note: it has no default value amount.
Enter the part description - keyboard replacement, screen, touchpad, etc - for the part.
Enter the amount to be charged to the student’s account. For pricing, see below.
Once you click out of the price box, it’ll update and that amount will be reflected to the parent.
Since you are changing the fee amount balances, you’ll want to re-sync the fee balances from MBA back to PowerSchool Core Fees. From the start page, click on MBA Student Fee Functions > Update Fee Balance Table.
