JH Only - Math HS Geometry Students

This applies to the JH only, where those students are taking Math HS Geometry @ the HS.

1. Edit the FTE / PDA to .89 (as they attend District 201 for 89% of the day) of the current enrollment.

1. Click on Transfer Info > Edit Current Enrollment

2. Create a new concurrent enrollment with the FTE / PDA for .11 (as they attend District 111 for 11% of the day).

1. Under Enrollment > click on Functions > Create New Concurrent Enrollment.

1. Concurrent School = Junior High

2. Entry Date = Date of starting @ HS for Math Class

3. Entry Code = Entry Code @ HS (should be a 01 - transfer in from another district)

4. Exit Date = Ending date @ HS for Math Class

5. Grade Level = 8

6. Under IL State block:

1. Enter in Home RCDTS code = blank

2. Enter in Serving School = Minooka HS RCDTS

3. Enter in Service Provider = Minooka JH RCDTS

4. Percent Date Attended / FTE = .11

3. Save.
