Remove Honor Roll from Students via DDA

This is to remove honor roll for a group of students via DDA.

If this is for a single student, go into the student > honor roll > click on the honor roll record you wish to delete and then click delete.  You can now re-run honor roll with that one student (or students) as your current selection.

To mass delete an entire quarter:

1. System > Page and Data Management > DDE

2. Current Table = Honor Roll; select all the records

3. Narrow down your search to just those records that you want to remove.

1. If all the students share the same method and storecode then search by

1. method = [method name] -- MIN201 Q# Honor Roll

2. Storecode = storecode saved to DB

3. Student ID = Teacher COmments ID#

4. Flip to DDA (changing /tech/dde -> /tech/usm

5. Click Modify Records (double check that these are the same records you want to delete.

6. Check the box to delete and then poof those x selected records are gone.
