How to enter a new discipline issues?
Find the student in question.
Click on Log Entries under the Administration heading.
Choose Log Type that is appropriate to the issue.
Add a title and enter in the Log Entry Text
You can expand the Log Entry Text window by dragging the bottom right corner to give more room.
Select any other field that would apply to the issue.

Who gets the email notifications and under what scenarios?
IE: if type = parent contact, hopefully there's no parent notification on that?
