How to enter a new discipline issues?

Find the student in question.
Click on Log Entries under the Administration heading.
Choose Log Type that is appropriate to the issue.
Add a title and enter in the Log Entry Text
1. You can expand the Log Entry Text window by dragging the bottom right corner to give more room.
