Generate Access ID for single student

1. Find the student

2. Student Profile > Guardian and Student Account Access

3. Click on the auto assign Access ID and Passwords button

4. This will take whatever parameters you have set on the ID and password screen and use those to auto fill in those fields.

   1. Access IDs are 7 uppercase letters.

   2. Password is 7 numbers

Access ID and passwords must be unique across the district
