Online Registration Viewing Documents
Log into PS Enrollment – https://registration.powerschool.com/admin/
Username = full email address
Password - this is a self created password.
Click on the form that you’re looking for the student in.
By default, you’ve been limited down to only your building.
Choose the appropriate view for the student you’re trying to find.
Views: Pending Approval - this is a student who just registered and is awaiting proofs and/or paperwork to come in to complete registration
Views: Approved - this is a student who completed the registration portion with paperwork.
View: Pending Delievery - this is the view where students who have been approved but before they’re dropped into PS SIS go.
Views: Delievered - thhis is the view where all students who have been delievered back to SIS get moved to.
Recommendation: Change to Delievered so you can see those students who have already been delievered and are able to be found in SNAP and/or Powerschool.
Under filter, choose “Uploaded Documents”.
So at this point, we have a list of students who have been delievered back to Powerschool, are at your building AND have some sort of uploaded document*.
For nurses, you only have access to the medical information uploads - so if you come across a student who is in this view, but you can’t find any uploads then good chance that it was a residency paperwork that you don’t care about, so we don’t show it to you.
You can click on the pencil and paper to the far right to see more information about the submission.
When looking at an individual student, you’ll see the uploaded documents on the far right hand side. You can click on the name to download the item, and then print / save / etc.
Example of a student who only uploaded the birth certificate:
Example of a student who uploaded a birth certificate, dental form and page 1 of the eye exam (note: Even though it says page 1, page 2 could be included in the original upload)
Example of a student who didn’t upload a birth certificate or medical documentation, so we can safely assume that there was category 1 / category 2 residental proofs included with the registration submission.
