ECollect/Summer School Form Viewing Responses
Form responses can be viewed and deleted by anyone with the appropriate admin access in PowerSchool.
If you’re collecting responses from multiple buildings, then you’ll likely want to first “jump” up to the district office off the school menu. Otherwise, you’ll need to pull each school individually. (If you don’t have access to this, put in a tech ticket by emailing techhelp@min201.org).
To view responses:
Log into PowerSchool.
Click on Data and Reporting > Form Reports > Response Reports
Find the form you wish to see the responses for and click on it
Here you can adjust what you would like to see
You can use the “Add Column” button to place different sections from the form into the report.
You can also add any field from PowerSchool onto the report as well by clicking the drop form elements dropdown
Grade_level is the student’s current grade level.
Sched_nextYearGrade is the student’s next year grade level (before we promote/roll students into the next year).Hit apply on the dialog box once you’ve added the desired columns. Generate report to add the new columns.
You can export the report by clicking on the little arrow on the right side → Export
Select table and the format (generally thise is either CSV / excel or PDF) you wish to download it in, then hit export.
To Delete A Response:
Log into PowerSchool.
Click on Data and Reporting > Form Reports > Response Reports
Find the form you wish to see the responses for and click on it
Change the data source to “Show by response”
Click generate button.
Find the response that needs to be deleted and put a checkbox next to the item
