See all broadcasts sent a student's contacts

From PowerSchool, click on Applications > School Messenger

Click on Reports tab.

Open

Click on Email Log

Open

Under the options, change the Date options to be “date range (inclusive)”. This requires a start and end dates to be entered for when you are searching.

1. Alternatively if you wanted to see all communication within the last x # of days that’s possible as well.

Under ‘Filter By’ Heading, choose last name contains [partial student last name here].

1. Equals requires the exact spelling of the student’s last name.  If you choose contains and enter in sou it’ll find all last names match “Sou” but not Souza.  Case insensitive.

Click the add Button
