Seesaw
Seesaw is a platform for student engagement that inspires students of all ages to do their best, and saves teachers time!
Students use creative tools to take pictures, draw, record videos and more to capture learning in a portfolio.
Teachers find or create activities to share with students.
Families only see their child's work and leave comments and encouragement. Learn more about what families see here.
Seesaw Messaging:
When sending an announcement, make sure you’re selecting “announcement” and not “conversation”. A conversation is like giving the parents a giant reply-all button.

Organizing inboxes
Teachers on Seesaw are able to organize their inbox by using features like filtering messages by class, labeling message threads with names, and hiding messages they no longer need to see. These functions occur in the “Messages” section in Seesaw.
General Settings for Teachers:
Go to settings and turn off “Students can see other’s work” and turn on “enable family acccess”.
