Missing a Category?
Categories are pushed out at the district level. So, if you are missing a category that you need to use to create an assignment, there’s a chance that it’s inactivated on your list.
Open up PowerTeacher Pro, and then go to grading > categories
If the category doesn’t show on the list, then try checking the box of “show inactive” button under your intials.
For the categories that are inactivated, the active column probably doesn’t have a checkmark, click on the pencil icon to edit the category.
From the popup dialog, click on the update active radio button.
Hit save on the dialog box.
The category should now be able to be used while creating an assignment.
