How to run lunch count reports for secretaries / lunch staff:

Where is it located?  Navigate to https://lunch.min201.org > Log in with Google

Not in the system?  Send an email to techhelp@min201.org

Teacher swapped buildings and/or new hire is missing?  Email techhelp@min201.org

The landing page - the first page that you come to - are the totals count by periods.

Need to see who hasn’t submitted their lunch counts yet?

Click on “Missing Lunch Counts” and it’ll give you a list of all the teachers and their email addresses for who hasn’t submitted lunch counts yet.

A teacher is out and the sub sent you a piece of paper?

Click on the “Enter in Lunch” tab > Select the teacher email and enter in the lunch # for their lunch period(s).
